SMART BOX
Many individuals and organizations suffer from the clutter of official papers, loss of documents, and missed important deadlines — all of which lead to stress and wasted time. This issue is especially pronounced among newcomers, refugees, and institutions that still rely heavily on paper-based systems.
The Smart Box offers an intelligent and efficient solution to these challenges through an integrated digital system that scans, classifies, translates, and securely stores original documents. In addition, the device sends smart reminders for important deadlines, helping users stay organized, reduce stress, and enhance productivity.
The device features advanced capabilities such as multilingual support, voice content reading, seamless integration with smartphones and computers, and a user-friendly touch screen that offers full control over document management

we are looking for:

  • Innovation Enthusiast: We are currently in the prototyping phase of The Smart Box and are looking for co-founding engineers with a deep passion for innovation and building impactful products from scratch.
  • Team Player: We value individuals who thrive in startup teams, contribute to a positive and collaborative environment, and bring an entrepreneurial mindset to shared challenges.
  • Adaptability: Our environment is fast-paced and constantly evolving. We’re seeking partners who are flexible, solution-oriented, and capable of thinking and executing effectively under pressure.
  • Expertise: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in one of the following fields:

1. Technical Engineer (Co-Founder): Proficient in hardware design, materials selection, and manufacturing processes. Capable of transforming product concepts into functional prototypes.

In addition, comfortable with system-level thinking, ensuring seamless integration between hardware and software components.

2. Software Engineer (Co-Founder): Skilled in developing embedded systems or full-stack solutions. This includes document scanning, classification, translation, secure storage, and smart notification systems, as well as integrating the device with smartphones or web platforms. 

MAIN ACTIVITIES

  • Collaborate on the development of the first functional prototype.
  • Design and construct the physical components and structure of the device.
  • Develop and integrate the complete software system, including UI, scanning, and connectivity features.
  • Ensure seamless interaction between hardware and software.
  • Continuously test, iterate, and enhance the system based on user feedback.
