BUSINESS IDEA OVERVIEW

MindLeague is a mental training app for athletes, designed to integrate mental strength into everyday training routines.
The app combines proven sports psychology techniques with intuitive UX design, AI-powered personalization, and sport-specific content.
MindLeague has already been awarded as the most innovative startup idea in Germany and ranked in the Top 10 globally at Red Bull Basement.

we are looking for:

App-Developer (CTO)

Skills:

  • Tech builder: You’re passionate about building intuitive, scalable mobile and web applications.
  • Startup-ready: You've worked at a startup before or you’re ready to fully dive into co-building one.
  • CTO mindset: You’re eager to take technical ownership and eventually lead a development team later.
  • AI-curious: You already have experience with AI tools or a strong interest in exploring the space.
  • Hands-on & self-driven: You don’t wait for a roadmap – you create and improve it as you go.

Main activities of CTO:
  1. Lead the development (mobile & web) and infrastructure
  2. Build a scalable App
  3. Integrate AI-based personalization features
  4. Drive tech strategy and scalability
  5. Take full ownership of the product as a co-founder (equity-based)

Business-Developer/Sportmanagement

Skills:
  • Business brain: You have a knack for numbers, systems, and structure – and you’re excited to bring order into early chaos.
  • Finance-savvy: You’re confident working with budgets, funding models, financial projections, and can support the development of a solid business plan.
  • Strategic thinker: You see the bigger picture – and know how to translate vision into scalable, fundable, and executable strategies.
  • Operational driver: You enjoy creating smart, lean processes – from early-stage workflows to later-stage systems that enable scale.
Main activities of COO/CFO
  1. Build and optimize internal workflows, tools, and operational infrastructure
  2. Set up and manage back-office functions (HR, contracts, project planning, compliance)
  3. Oversee daily operations and make sure the company runs efficiently
  4. Identify and optimize monetization and pricing strategies (B2C, B2B, Freemium etc.)
  5. Create and manage financial models, forecasts, and unit economics

Hi, I’m Sophia Lick, founder of MindLeague with background in media design and a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, a mix between computer science and psychology.
For over a year, I’ve been working full-time on MindLeage startup, supported by scholarships, mentors, and startup programs.
Now I’m looking for co-founder who are excited to build something meaningful with real impact.
