HerFlourish is a mobile-based application designed to empower and support women on each step of their life journey towards financial independence and confidence.

The platform offers a personalized approach through an AI mentor named Ann, community engagement opportunities, and tailored solutions for setting and achieving financial goals.

We aim to be a ‘one stop shop solution’ that addresses lack of financial knowledge and uncertainty about where to start, by providing a user-friendly interface to track finances, learn about personal finance, and connect with mentors and peers.

To fulfil our mission, we're on the search for a visionary technologist to join our founding team. This individual, ideally suited for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) role, will possess passion and curiosity, and ideally expertise in the full-stack development along with a keen interest in leveraging the potential of Large Language Models (LLMs) to propel our innovation.

Main activities:

Leading the technical development of the mobile application.
Overseeing the overall tech strategy.
Integrating LLM into the startup's processes.

We also seek a marketing mastermind to fill the pivotal role of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). With the focus on the German market, fluency in German is prioritised.

Main activities:

Overseeing the development and implementation of a strong brand identity that resonates with the German audience.
Managing all aspects of brand communication, including advertising, public relations, social media marketing, and content creation, with a focus on German language and cultural nuances.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with key media outlets and influencers in the German market.
Analysing marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
